• The Davis Welcome Service collects personal information when you request a welcome packet.
• When you request a welcome packet, we ask for information such as your name, email address, mailing address, and children’s ages.
• The Davis Welcome Service automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address. 
• The Davis Welcome Service uses information for the following general purposes: to respond to your request for a welcome packet by contacting you and delivering a welcome packet to you.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• The Davis Welcome Service does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies.  Once you receive your welcome packet, your name and address will be shared with Davis Welcome Service sponsors.  These sponsors do not share your personal information with any other business.
